Terms of Service

1. Scope of application

These of service apply to all contracts concluded between Mustermann GmbH and its customers. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless Mustermann GmbH expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Contract partner

The purchase contract is concluded with Mustermann GmbH, Hauptstraße 34, 21893 Musterhausen, represented by the managing director Max Mustermann.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.

By clicking on the “Order” button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving the order.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
